Anyone else caught this?
My drivers are clean I scan my pc almost every other day. I used CA Internet Suite. So muss be false positive. Plus you didn't stay which driver lol. Or what anti virus you using. If you using Mcrapfee get rid of it.
Is anybody else hosting your drivers? per-chance, maybe he didn't get them from your site, Robert. Just a thought.
nope all one FTP site no one else have my password.
But did the OP get them from your site is the question.....
But he didn't stay which driver lol. Most antivirus always false positive on creative.
The OP didn't say what Trojan, what driver, nor what anti-virus, so at this point I'm inclined to go with Roberts assumption that it's a false positive.
AVG 9 & Avast Anti-vir detected it. I'll try the newer suite/driver and see if it does the same thing.
And no, they didn't detect any trojans from the official Creative drivers&suite X-FI CD.
Either way, beware everyone.
JMD can you give information please.
1) Where did you download the driver?
2) What version?
3) What trojan is being reported?
4) From what file name within the installer?
5) What version of the definitions are installed for each AV program?
here proof with avast my system is clean . I uninstalled CA Suite for now because it's not working with WIN 7 SP1 64bit. ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

Just installed the latest X-Fi drivers + suite package from Robert's website. No problems now.
BTW, Robert, thank you for making the best drivers available for Sound Blaster line-up cards. Creative Labs should hire you!
Ya I keep telling them that they don't listen lol
All drivers developed by Robert are Virus free. I've checked all with Nod32 - with the latest definition updates installed.
