hey sandok, the silencer isnt ugly by any means but it is definetly does not have 'style'. it is just a plastic box with some fins & a BIG (LOL) fan.
if you said it looked cool i amy not agree with you but i could understand that viewpoint;)

Well I have learnt via this forum that nobdy has the same point of view... I like zalman, it's FAR from ugly but I prefer arctic cooling... Especially the HIS ones like mine since they are UV reactive + cool stickers :D

    ...wow.....

My philosophy is: Who the hell cares what it looks like, if it gets the job done better it could be ass ugly and I wouldn't notice the difference.

no windowed panels or any of that shite for me.

my coolers are there to keep things cool, not to look cool

    I recently bought this akasa:

it's a big, square black ugly box, but it does what it's supposed to.

how many people get to look indide your regular comp case anyway?

I have a window I cut on mine but thats just cause I did it when I was cutting it. I find the look of pure copper really good, anyone who doesn't like what the innards look like is shut up when they see a CPU sitting at room temperature :D

Thing isn't all that loud, my GPU fan is louder however the problem is it rattles my entire case :( I don't think the double sided tape works all that well.

Double sided tape won't hold that long when it gets dust and crap on it and crap and....yeah.

Get out the drill and some screws/welding torch!
