star of that meal though was the buffalo & basil burger. sooooo good
Hi, Sondra That's good that you are able to maintain a diet. I like to start cutting on drinking too much soda lately and convince myself to go on juicing soon like you do
You should try SILK ALMOND MILK. I love it. Try the sugar free one This is the milk that is good for me because we have issues with hair fall in the family too. This way, I have a chance of to nip the problem in the bud.
This is an evil picture
I have not tried that one yet but I am looking forward. I have also researched the benefits of Chia Seeds. Good Combination with juices or smoothies.
A great tasting pizza. It has Gouda cheese as a base, a type of salami, bacon, Tabasco, mushrooms, hot peppers (not too hot), mozzarella, prosciutto, olives.

Man that looks like a nice pizza, woulda liked a slice.
Oh it was, it was
Just finished supper, a chicken burger with jalapeno sauce and fries with ketchup (had a few fries before taking the pic as you can see lol).
Sorry about the above meal, it was actually supper not lunch, don't know why I wrote lunch.
This is a twist on the usual posts since no one seems to post what they had for breakfast (except maybe Trusteft), a bowl of Cheerios in milk which I had for breakfast today. (I tend to like easily made cereals for breakfast)
I had Shawarma, yum!
Supper, pierogis covered in mushroom sauce and fried onions with lazy cabbage rolls and sliced sausage and meat balls also covered in fried onions. Delicious.
I had Beef Stew and some steamed veggies for lunch. Actually, I appreciate the food even more when I get to share it with my partner.
We need pictures!
Biological rice wafers, and yogurt from sheep's milk.
Unfortunately I am out of honey, but even without it, it tastes very good.

Been a while since I've had rice cakes, might have to throw them into a snack or meal one of these days.
They are very good with sweet or salty dlc
I should have taken a pic. But, due to the hour and need to get to work, I simply had time to eat it and run. But, I rarely stop at Burger King and I even more rarely eat a hamburger. I didn't eat one this time, either. What I DID eat was the Tendergril Chicken sandwich meal with Onion Rings, and a diet soda. I also got the apple pie they have. On the sandwich, I added some BBQ sauce. It was quite yummy!
I don't have the habit of taking pictures of my food, but I had some nice gratinated (apparently that's a real word) salmon last night (a good friend is getting married so he took a couple of us out for a dinner). There was a bit of spinach, a nice salmon steak over it and it was all baked under a layer of grated cheese (hence the name), along with some nice herbs, sauce and young potatoes and served with sour cream and some fresh tomatoes. A nice meal that wasn't too heavy.
A couple of nights before I took my girlfriend out for a pizza to a place I know. We ordered a large pizza of my choice to share it between us. It had some nice cheese, prosciutto, fresh cherry tomatoes, dried tomatoes, fresh, green paprika and chunks of white cheese and it tastes and looks great:
The question my girlfriend asked was "Why does the dough look like that?" and I can tell you she didn't like the answer (squid ink) one bit, even though it didn't affect the taste.
Lunch, two slices of pepperoni pizza with two slices of water melon.
