Never seen a Calzone before?
Nope lol. What is in it? How does it taste?
It's basically just a pizza with everything inside it instead of ontop of it..
A Calzone is basically the "Italian" version of the Cornish Pasty. Very different of course, I would gladly eat either one of them now.
Interesting, have to taste one sometime.
Not when it looks like a Cornish Pastie... No
After I got off work tonight, I drove down to the Marietta Diner. It's open 24 hours/7 days per week every day of the year.
I started off with...
Then the main course...
And then, Dessert...
And, no, I could NOT eat it all! I did get a take out box to bring some of it home, though.
Perhaps it's the other way around?
It was Canadian Thanksgiving on Sunday so I had all the usual stuff: mashed potatoes, turkey, rolls, booze, cookies. The main thing is the turkey. We buy just organic hormone free turkey breasts to hell with all the bones and dark meat no one eats.
This one was 3kg/6lbs
What's the white stuff in the first, and in the second photo?
Sour cream in the second photo for the potato?
And salad dressing in the first photo for the salad?
Ranch dressing for the salad; Sour cream for the potato.
KFC Boneless Banquet.
Mmmmm, please send me one.
monstrous headache this morning and finally ate some grilled steak 'sammich' a few hours ago and took some aspirin.
got up and relaxed, took day off, now got the munchies..

You read that right! The 2nd Monday of October is Thanksgiving Day in CANADA!
Although belated, Happy Thanksgiving to our neighbors to the north.

I'm close to you now (sort of), just left Sunrise Florida and now around Chattanooga TN..
Had carrots and dipping sauce, some all-dressed chips and 3 roast beef sandwiches for lunch, wasn't a bad lunch at all.
