Love when a guy can toot his own horn like that, not everyone can pull it off!
I was trying to be spontaneous.
Reminded me of a quote someone used many, many years ago...
"He who tooteth not his own horn, getteth not his tooter tooted."
I just wonder why Richy is no where to be seen in this conversation, I have a feeling I scared him away when I asked to fondle his udders.

I haven't taken any pictures, but I made some pasta carbonara after this instruction video:
The two of us found it delicious! We did substitute some other kind of bacon instead of guanciale, but other than that, we stuck to what the guy said and did, so no oil or butter and no cooking cream.
BTW, it's a piece of cake, the one thing you have to watch out for is giving the pasta a chance to cool down a bit (it shouldn't be cold, just not scorching hot) before adding the egg and cheese mix, or else you'll end up with pasta with small scrambled egg rags hanging off of it (which I was served on one occasion in Rome, and it wasn't appetizing at all).
Sliced Chicken (A Pack from the local store that were discounted as it were close to the use by date for 89p) a pack of Mediterranean style salad.. for a £1.. Nice an cheap..
And as it is quite hot in the uk today... Nice to have a cold dinner for a change.
This evening's dinner at Arby's. The Farmhouse (Grilled Chicken) Salad with lots of Ranch Dressing.
NOTE: The only way I can post this pic is to link it to my FB account.
I saw that in the supermarket on Saturday and was considering getting a bar. I usually get either the White, Mint or Orange one but fancied a change.
