There is a cafe called, Reveille Cafe, that has an item on the menu that my daughter-in-law introduced to me a few years ago. Due to the COVID situation and the lock-down, the eateries were closed for several weeks...nearly 3 months, in fact. So, I called today to affirm that they were open for dining and that they had my favorite item still on the menu. Here, in all its glory, is the Mystic Stuffed French Toast! Two slices of French Toast with cream filling between them, covered with icing, dry cereal, powdered sugar, strawberries and bananas. And, instead of syrup, I use Honey. Just looking at one long enough will cause one to gain 10 lbs!
At Guston's Grille this evening...their famous Pot Roast Dinner....with mashed potatoes and green beans.
First post here for a long time... Just tried something for a first time. Going by google etc etc.. A Slice of Cod cooked in Tomato, Beans & Diced up Bacon... Diced & Spiced Potato with peas.. Tasted lovely the only downside were the slice of cod i had left over were a touch to small
This evening at Guston's Bar & Grille... The Quesadilla Explosion Salad...prior to adding the Ranch Dressing. Salsa is for the Quesadilla Wedges.
Haven't posted one of these in awhile. This was my meal at lunch time, today... Fajita Taco Salad with Chicken at Mi Casa Mexican restaurant up the road from where I work...before I poured the Salsa all over it.
Just got back from Arby's... Market Fresh Turkey & Swiss with small Curly Fries. Also, Diet Coke - not shown.
Today...getting the very best Western Omelette of any place around! I always ask for extra Pico and Salsa. This is before I poured 2 small cups of Salsa on it. And, it comes with a small bowl of fruit and Breakfast Potatoes.
