Looks and sounds interesting, how do you make them? Regular hard boiled eggs, seasoned and fried? Home made by yours truly: EDIT: That's art!
I had some carbonara. It was good. I have another portion for tonight, but I feel full even though I had it like 4 or so hours ago.
For Christmas Dinner, since we are doing the social distancing thing, only my older son, daughter-in-law, and myself had a special dinner, prepared by her, this evening. It included: Ham, Mashed Potatoes with Garlic Butter and Roasted Garlic, Stuffing, and Pumpkin Pie - with the options of Whipped Cream, Cinnamon and Nutmeg to be added. And, a special freshly ground Colombian Coffee. Sorry, no pics this time!
I have one more portion from yesterday's meal for today/night. Roasted/oven lamb with potatoes with lemon. It's sooooooooooooooooooooo good. I will also have one of my favorite type of cheese Κεφαλογραβιέρα, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kefalograviera
My first supper of the year, scalped potatoes (a little over done) and honey ham. Mmmmm. Just about to dig into it now.
Is that the Canadian spelling? Here in the USA, they are called, Scalloped Potatoes. Or, were yours prepared by American Natives?
Yes I meant scalloped potatoes. "I don't always misspell, but when I do, I drink Dos Equis. Stay thirsty my friends." That they were.
spaghetti with graviera cheese and tomato sauce with garlic. On the side, out of view, two slices of bread and a 0% beer. It was good.
