Today for lunch I had 2 tuna sandwiches, some pistachios and some caramel popcorn.
For dinner had mashed potatoes and gravy, turkey and stuffing with gravy, some corn and two chocolate chip cookies.
No gravy for the cookies?
Nope, unfortunately not lol.
for dinner/late munch:
grilled chicken on top of pasta with veggies and light tangy vinaigrette
steak cut fries with sea salt and strip steak sandwich
eggs, bacon, toast
For lunch today I had some all dressed chips, a turkey sandwich and an orange with a glass of Doctor Pepper to drink.
For supper had a thick turkey stew and a salad as well as some diet coke. I always have drinks in the fridge but I usually drink them throughout the day and not with meals, I usually drink water with meals, or wine, so I thought I would mix things up a little today.
Had onion rings, mini sausages and peas last night for supper. Mmmm mmm.
Im on a calorie deficit diet so Mon-Fri I have a bowl of kashi cinnamon cereal with turkey breast for breakfast, then oatmeal to go bar with turkey a couple of times followed by rice and a granola bar, then turkey by itself and before bed more turkey and cheerios.

I've started on LCHF and I consume a ridicilous amount of bacon and eggs at the moment..
crispy pork-chops and fried rice... let's get visual in this thread
Being 5'10 and 57KG, I try to aim for HCHF...
Bacon and eggs are definitely god-tier foods, though
Looks simple but good. Perhaps something wet and vegetable-based would have improved it.
You can have some of my 115kg's if you want.

I guess it depends on how tall you are.
I'm in the middle or average height and size.
5'11'' and fluctuate between (185-190)lbs.
the weight depends on calorie intake and exercise for the week.
wow! I'm 5'11" and 85KGs, aiming to lower that to around 78-80kgs. Dude you need to eat more starch like rice and potatoes.. what do you usually eat anyway?
