    120lbs.

I eat a lot, and always double carb with my main meal of the day (e.g. rice and potato, pasta and cous cous). But I have a very fast metabolic rate (meaning that I waste a lot), and I've quite a narrow frame, and my main non-computer-related hobby is long-distance running.

I'm 180 cm.. dunno what that is in feet really.

And yes, I do have some to spare.. working hard on getting rid of it though. Walking a lot and eating as little carbs as I can. I was at 120kg when I started...

I cooked up an entire slap of bacon this morning, I was going to make some 'Egyptian Toast' to go with for breakfast for me and waffles for the kids.
got interrupted and had to make a run through town.
came back and bacon was gone..
    :annoyed:  :sigh:

who was it, the dogs or the kids/ol' lady...?
doesn't matter and I said 'phuck it'.

OK so it's a little after 1030AM here so I went to Arby's and grabbed two 'Super Roast Beef' sandwiches that come with lettuce and tomato..
    :w00t: :D

came back home and got my eat straight ON..!
    :p

It is pap with two menoto (mealie meal and two chicken feet).

And I didn't really have it, simply put it's a death wish, all that pap/posho/shima/ugali (there are many names for the balls of mealie meal) could feed 4 families plus you wouldn't even be able to taste the chicken feet lol.

Edit: A friend of a friend posted it on facebook and I just had to post it here lol.

It looks like a chicken foot, yes. Quite gross, IMO.

Lol, chicken feet are eaten in Asia and Africa and are really good, you just have to wash them and remove the outer layer of skin first. :)
