i cant believe i never posted this here. yes, i know, a repaint of the hood is planned for sometime in the future.
about 14mpg if i baby it. full throttle gets it down to about 4-5mpg. i did about 95mph for around 20 miles and blew through 1/4 of a tank. man was that thing screaming, i think i was turning around 4500rpm that entire time, redline being 5200. i quickly learned that i should never do that again, untill i drop a 5/6 speed in it.
And the "WTF is that award" goes to Yes that's me looking rather drunk giving the metal fingers. 55 MPG, Turning circle to rival a forklift, Goes bloody quick if you don't mind delaying gear changes and starts first time every time *touch wood* even in this cold.
The exact phrase i used at work tonight was "55 to the gallon and a turning circle as tight as a badger's arsehole, Can't go wrong"
It gets you around the corner and back again, so it is a gem in my book. How far do the seats recline?
I'm thinking of getting this car:- Mercedes C350 4MATIC but I'm not sure yet how it'll handle in snow, I've read good things though and I'm gonna test drive one to make sure.
