    19 inch .........

    The absolute perfect monitor size for gaming is 19 inch ....
    No debates accepted LOL:D :D
    Any debates report it to a Moderator :evil: :evil:

    Just Kidding !!!

    21 inch just looks too "round" ?????
    Am I correct on this assumption ??

    I am stuck w/ a 19inch monitor. I like it and happy but wouldnt mind something bigger.

    I like flat screen CRTs- I have a 17" flat screen crt that's max res. is 12x10@60hz- not too usefull there. I really like this monitor at 10x7@85hz w/ lots of AA and AF for games. It also has a very nice anti-reflective glass lense that really works... I don't like LCD's- (ghosting and fixed resolutions is a horrible thing for games)
    I am quite happy with my current monitor, but I voted for 19" because if money was no object I would buy a nice flat CRT 19" that can pull 1600 x 1200 @ 100hz or more- but money is a factor and I got my current monitor for $50 bran new at Walmart ($199 retail). It was a display model that never got touched-
    It is not the best brand (KDS XF-70 X-flat) - but it is a solid quality monitor w/ a .22 dot pitch very high contrast w/ nice looking color- it will do until I get a better one. Flat screens make all the difference-

    I agree completely :)
    Trinitron (err, flat screen CRT) is the way to go, esp with anti-reflective coating,
    the picture is so beautiful, and has all the versatility of CRT ;).
