Where is the additional winks?

    Hi there :rolleyes:
    I noticed that I can add more winks in the new Windows Live Messenger
    I followed the steps but I found nothing
    Menu>Tools>Winks>

    Where the heck is " Add more winks" :annoyed:
    I updated the messenger to the latest version.
