    DX11 is much better than DX9.

    Yes at the very early stages of development.

    Yes they were literaly by their side.

    Yes.

    Gareth clearly stated that DX11 was way more hardcore then DX9.

    Hellllllllllllyeaaahhhhhh it did!? DX9 would be uber slow. DX9 is soooo 1.0.


    DX10 is 2.0 and therefore much more hardcore. :confused::x


    Count me in for one of them' awesomesauce cards!?

    Affirmative, this thanks to its Multithreading support, which allows for the distribution of the workload over multiple threads.

    A- 9 years

    Q- Did he say Dx 11 API better than DX 9 ?
    A -yes

    A- yes and in early stages.

    A-Yes to provide solutions for issues and decisions to be made.

    He has been working for Codemasters for ALMOST nine years... so actually we could say that he has been working for Codemasters for about 8 years, 11 months, 3 days, 5 hours, 21 minutes and 5 seconds... (could be 6... who knows right?).

    He said that DX11 API -IS- better than the one used in DX9.

    Of course they did!, I mean, AMD offered the deal at an early stage of the development of Dirt 2.

    That's obvious!, I mean, "The future is fusion". AMD was right next to them helping in any issue they encountered, following it's new slogan:
    "The way it's Ment To Be Builded [FONT=&quot]/Helped/Developed™".[/FONT]

    05. Did DX11 help with loading times in Dirt 2?

    It did actually help thank's to the new Shader Model 5 code, allowing it to be more "legible" for the programmers, and with the DX11 multi-threading capabilities the queue's are smaller and the loading times faster!:).
