I still find it wildly pathetic that they still continue to make crappy standard keyboards..... nothing is ergonomic... guess i still have to deal with the age old superior microsoft 4000 keyboard since every other manufacturer appears to be completely retarded.

I don't know about "crappy". I use a Sharkoon Skiller Pro keyboard for many months now and it is the best keyboard I have used in decades. And it cost me about 20 euros.

It's crappy if they induce various health/medical issues. I cannot use a standard keyboard.. and i know tons of people that have developed serious problems due to the continued use of standard non ergonomic keyboards. Even heavy gamers that frequently run into issues OR those that end up twisting their keyboards around take me it "more" ergonomic.

Change? what are you on about..... that's explicitly what i'm trying to get to happen..... majority of the keyboards available today are still the standard keyboard that we've had for decades..... We haven't seen keyboards "change" at all really aside from adding a bunch of rather unnecessary stuff. I'd love to see a change.

I've never had problems with the standard design of keyboards and I've been using computers most of the day for most of my life.

I'm sure a lot of other people will say the same.

consider yourself lucky or simply unaware as the health issue that crop can be sudden/abrupt and totally unexpected.

I know a lot of people that haven't been able to connect the issues they were experiencing, fatigue, and muscle pains related to the more constant use of keyboards.
