    slipstream worked for me

Hey I know I just said it will be Tuesday but I got some time so I tried to install a copy of xp pro corp. slipstreamed with 1086. It worked and if someone can verify this for me as I don't have anything to capture my screenshots. I would appreciate it.

Oh this is an fyi as slipstreaming a beta service pack is not worth it and down right silly. I was bored and never tried to slipstream a service pack. :duh: :p

Well the long wait for RC1 MAY be over!

Another leak from the microsoft sieve has made its way over to #WinBeta's greedy paws. No word as of this moment if its the awaited RC1 build. Although our sources are giving it a 50/50 at the moment. Check out a screen shot of it here.

    Re:

OK, if these betas are not posted on the MS updates website, and if an MSDN subscriber is leaking them to the the public, that is theorectially stealing software and therefore is classified as warez.

    Re:

this update will be released free to consumers as an upgrade, warez is the illegal copying of software that the developing company will/do charge for. This is a leaked update which will be supplied free when offically released.

Posting on how to change a key from a blacklisted key to one which you havent paid for is not legal.

Microsoft staff are on this forum, and I speak with them occassionally and have been asked several times to remove certain threads and postings.

Warez will not be posted on this forum and is a part of the rules I have instigated to protect this site from being closed. if anyone is unsure of the rules they are available to all members via the link at the top of the main forum section and also as a sticky in the feedback section.

    Re:

Thats where you are wrong. Service packs have no money value and are considered public software. Read your EULA ;). Also DriverHeaven Has had several conversations with MS on this topic.Trust me we wouldnt leak them if it was get our asses sued. Nor does DriverHeaven support warez in any form shape or manner.
