Is anyone using this? We're considering it over Skype (regular and For Business), but we have a dilemma. If we have a Pro license, but our clients who are attending a meeting don't, will they be kicked from the meeting after 40 minutes?

Where I work had a conference this past Thursday using this. It was for all employees to give information about how the company plans to deal with the COVID-19 situation. I was able to download and use it. However, the conference was scheduled for 2 p.m. and I kept getting a "host is in another meeting" announcement and couldn't connect. Found out later it was delayed until 2:20 p.m. and, by then, I was on about my business as usual. However, those who did get in the actual conference said it went well...and they did inform me as to what it was all about.

i've never heard of it until it was reported to have been hugely compromised with recent changes and now anyone can easily join if some doofus has linked it.

I've heard about the bug, hopefully they'll fix it soon. We've trialed Skype (regular and For Business) as well as Teams and we've had issues (mostly with desktop sharing) way too often. Then one of the girls suggested that we tried to move the meeting to Zoom (which she used in her side-business) and so far it worked really well.

Nope. Only the host needs the license.

A friend of mine who is a professor uses this, I first heard of it like 2 days ago. I don't know it, but he seems to like it.
